i think she has pretty good chance, and if skates clean at least top5! podium would be awesome though :luv17:![]()
Top 5, definitely. Her main challengers are probably Polina Tsurskaya, Maria Sotskova, Marin Honda, Yuna Shiraiwa and Alisa Fedichkina, some
Of whom she could definitely beat, plus some random wild cards who could or could not, but we don't really know: Tyler Pierce, Mai Mihara, Da Bin Choi, etc.
i dont think Da Bin will go as well, i forgot who KSU picked :think:Mai Mihara wont go to JW, Wakaba willi dont think Da Bin will go as well, i forgot who KSU picked
16-year-old Kazakh figure skater Elizabeth Tursynbayeva in an exclusive interview Today.kz talked about her preparations for the Youth Olympic Games and emotions after winning the bronze medal in Lillehammer.
- Emotions I had calmed down, now everything is quiet, - says Elizabeth. - Thoughts I have in the following competitions. I think about upcoming tournaments, that will do, when I come back, how I train. In general, everything went pretty well, but I could skate a little better. Before the start of the Junior Olympics I had an injury, and the preparation was not easy, the training was not as intense as I would like. I started to roll my program just a week before the start, so I think that a bronze medal - a good result.
How serious injury bothers you?
- First there were problems with his foot, then a backache. Due to the fact that I started training late, we were even thought to withdraw from the competition. I could not wear skates on foot, it was very unpleasant. We just did not know what to do, but, thank God, I helped physicians helped coach in Toronto, put me on my feet.
At the Youth Olympic Games medal from you waited, felt the weight of responsibility?
- Strong excitement I have not experienced before your Rental tried to focus. I know that in Kazakhstan, from me to every competition offers medals and results. Therefore, always setting yourself up for a successful rental and telling yourself that you just have to skate well, and then we will see.
What can you say about his rivals from Russia, which you probably know very well.
- They are very good skater, very stable stand, and to me they have a serious rival. And our rivalry will continue the junior world championships, will be added plus Japanese, American, Korean women - I think part of the junior world championship will be even a bit stronger than at the Junior Olympics.
You spend your first adult season as it passes to you?
- I feel fine, any tiredness there. Moreover, the most important starts ahead. And I still can not relax.
Planning may complicate their programs, add new items?
- We are not going to complicate the program, I think I need more work on those elements that are there. I changed only the short program, I started the season with another program.
Can you tell us about the atmosphere that prevailed at the Youth Olympic Games? Do you like all?
- The atmosphere was very warm, cheerful and friendly, there were many young athletes from around the world. We lived in a hotel in Hamar, which hosted the competition skaters and skaters. We had a special play area where you can chat with other members, to relax after the competition. Kitchen also liked, it was a lot of delicious and wholesome food in the diet for athletes, liked the Norwegian fish and dairy products.
- What starts you made in the near future?
I still have two important competitions of the season. First, I will speak at the Junior World Championships in Hungary, and one week after the completion of the Junior World Cup plan to address the adult world championship in Boston.
hope she is feeling better now!wownew combo from Elizabet!!
