According to Wikipedia, Shae choreographed Ashley Wagner short programm to that music in the 2016-17 season. So IDK if this is a disadvantage? Do choreographers usually work with different skaters but with the same music?

Choreographers aside, I'm really happy that Zhenya has already chosen her music. If she can't jump at least she can do a lot of work with the choreo.

Omg! I am so excited! I didn’t know I wanted this program but I know it now! They have got it just perfect, it’s soft, it’s dramatic and it’s emotive! I am so excited to see my two worlds collide being a huge rock/pop punk fan! I’m even more excited for the new season now! This also puts some of our worries to rest. Even if her start to the season is a little late in the jumping department, it looks like Evgenia has already started to work on footwork and choreography for this program at least and that is a very early start to the season in my opinion.

Agree. I think having her programs set this early will give her time to perfect the choreo and to add some amazing transitions, while she is resting from doing jumps.

Lol you guys slay me with your DW hate. I though Shaw Lynn would be a better choice for her free though.

This music reminds me the most of Jeremy Abbott and his exquisite skating skills. Given how much her ss have improved (her crossovers are really starting to knock me out) I think it will be a great vehicle for her. I kinda wish that her FS and SP music was switched actually!

I love the way the video is shot! The perspective makes it more interesting and the ending is so Zhenya. Also: Great way to announce the programs this season and so early. I was worried she might start working on the programs pretty already but she‘s starting already and it‘s only April! Now I really want to know who the choreographer is.
