This ice show it’s kinda weird. Idk if you guys noticed but, seems like only Alina, Zhenya and Shoma are receiving all the attention!! Wakaba was there today and yet not a single video or picture of her not to mention Satoko and they’re japaneses* it’s the first time that I’m watching this event, before I only watched the competitions, so idk if it was always like this, but it’s weird for me.

It's the PR game, I heard the company hosting Stars on ice isn't even japanese so as long as japanese ladies don't get medals they won't promote them and vice versa.

Yep, honestly, breaks my heart the fact that Zhenya wasn’t there in the WC to give her a hug, Alina would be less sad (in my opinion) if Zhenya was there to support her. It’s so beautiful and cute the way she respect Zhenya! She truly loves and admire Zhenya a lot!

Yeah, I read that, but what I should have posted?! Two enemies shopping together??!! It was only a expression! I’m Brazilian so it’s common for us using the words like that.

Honestly, feels like the person was more Zhenya fan, you know what I mean?!, so I don’t take that serious.

They’re friends, I know that probably they’re not besties, but I know that Alina truly admire her. Maybe even more now after what happened in the WC. And I really love seeing them like that, being friendly and happy, Idk why that user made a big deal tbh

Enemies on the ice, well, every girl who compete against her is her “enemy”, not only Alina. Idk why people make a big deal. Brazilian are more affectionate tbh, it was only a cute caption for a cute moment. And, basically, I don’t think I have the power to make people believe that they’re besties! But, lots of people, including myself, are happy to see them together, after all the crazy media trying to create this huge crazy rivalry between them.

Cant believe that even this is a reason to hate or argue! Everything about them apparently is a reason to be bitter about it! Guys, enjoy the fact they’re happy, smiling, having fun together. At least, I’m doing this.

And, thank you! I heard this a lot I do love her very much, I was empty when Kim retired and Evgenia was the one who made me fall in love with FS all over again! She is something else in ice, it’s beautiful to watch! And I’m so thankful for that, I’m so thankful for her!

Yes you are right it is fun to see them together. Alina has said they are young girls and they talk about everything she said that during the Olympics in an article I read. But whether they are just friends or BFFs really doesn't matter they set great examples for everybody especially the younger Russian figure skaters. The leader is Zhenya. This is the last I'm going to comment on their friendship.

I observe how Medvedeva brilliantly communicates with children - supports in case of failures, finds the right and necessary words in every situation, sincerely rejoices together with the kids. It's Zhenya who takes all the interviews from the young figure skaters. In general, I think that it is our television discovery.
