With that in mind, Gracie Gold definitely received way too much for her SP at TEB. She had a stable performance which is a rare event for her, but that's it. And she received 73.32, that's 8 points more than she received at Cup of China (65.39) and 2 points more than Medvedeva at the same event (70.92). And at both events, Gracie received much more for choreography than Zhenya, unbelievable. I like Gracie, I like her program, music and dress, but her choreo is nowhere near Medvedeva's, even though it did improve from last year, people said this before.

well Im happy Im not alone in thinking this

But to be fair GG alwways had ridic PCS even when she made mistakes (see 4CC) so I figured that if she goes clean she will get even more
sadly for us
Zhenya is living in this music which is absolutely admirable to see. a true inspiration

I like this girl. Was watching her periscope this am with her sitting there eating gummy worms with her dog. She even acknowledged something I said to her.

The figure skater Medvedeva will celebrate her 16 anniversary after the completion of the GP in Moscow

MOSCOW, 19 Nov, R-Sport. The Russian skater Evgenia Medvedeva which on Thursday was 16 years old said she will celebrate her birthday after the Moscow stage of the Grand Prix. Evgenia already has a victory in the first stage held in the U.S. Milwaukee, in the coming days the athlete will participate in the 5th event of the Grand Prix which will take place on MSA "Luzhniki".

"The first and still only gift and I’ve received from Seryozha Voronov. It was nice to arrive for trainings and to receive a gift, thanks to him! But all my fellow students whom I skate the same skating rink with, have postponed gifts for later. But I’m sure that we will be able to celebrate my birthday and all they’ll bring the gifts, so there will be very cheerful!" – Medvedeva told reporters.

"Everyone somehow immediately thinks that "to celebrate" is meaning to celebrate with a cake, sweets, but I with my girlfriends prefer to go for a walk somewhere, to chill somewhere. Perhaps, we’ll go to a mall and we’ll play machine guns, we’ll have fun as small children", the figure skater added with laughter.

According to Medvedeva, she comes to the performance in Moscow without feeling big excitement. "As every event is important for me, I still worry. I approach each performance about the same to have the same feeling that there was less excitement. The preparation for the competition went at the full speed. Whether did everything get? It is!" - the athlete assured.

After the short program skate Evgenia Medvedeva shared her impressions.
"BECAUSE of my failure in the short program I was sad. A fall on the jump combination on a triple flip is a serious breakdown. I was absolutely ready and added a triple toe to the triple loop. We discussed a backup plan if I rip off one jump. I used to do all the jumps in the second part of the program. This system is already established within two years. But every time I try to improve both functional and technical part", said Evgenia.
"NOT to say that it's difficult to perform at home. Breakdowns happen at all. You should work on. A lot of people here, a lot of my relatives who supported me, yelled at me before and after the rental. It's very nice... I still can't explain the reasons for the fall. At the practices I did totally clean. It's more of a psychological error. Although I wasn't worried. I never have nervous trembling, happens I retire into myself. So I made a slight mistake on the track today because I have been retired into myself too much", - told the athlete.
