Evgenia Medvedeva

Well Bet doesn't know the choreo, so it's tough! I've been there, not easy but she probably picked it up.

Zhenya is really focused, I love how she's into dancing and Polina is great too but the little boy behind her, all in black, in the second video, he's good :agree2:

I guess it's quad with harness. But difficult jumps go along with high risks. It's interesting to see if she will be able to land even just UR 4S in competition. I don't think she has to do it in big competition. Just try it out in some senior B.

Nice! If this turns out to be a preview of next season's programs I wouldn't mind at all. She can handle the classics very well. It would also avoid criticism about another obtrusive Averbukh program (the haters would likely pick on her for "choosing a unimaginative war horse program" though).

Warhorses are warhorses for a reason. But this looks lovely, and she can pull it off very well so even if not a warhorse they can pick a lesser known classical piece for her and it will work. That was great, thanks atsumiri!

Gorgeous! And I like that TAT acknowledged how hard she works to be successful. It's not easy to do what she can do at all, otherwise she would have more serious challengers.

I'm sure that she will try landing it in practice of big competition next year but only if she manages to get 80% success in practices in Moscow. One of her strongest features is that she never gives up and works very hard (she tells in the interview that she learned in from Tutberidze. When she didn't manage something and wanted to give up her coach told her to get back on ice and work even harder)

I guess that even if she peaks classic for her next season it will be Averbukh choreography... ))) But I don't mind it at all. Haters will hate every her program but there are many people who feel connection to his choreography and more important than this it seems that she feels confident skating his programs and likes to work with him.

Sublime...

I noticed she raises her arm even higher when she does the tano now...very balletic a la Mao. What will the poor haters cry about now that "hellicopter arm" is no more?

I'm sure they came up with something to cry about... that what they do best

she will do a quad some day and they won't like it either
