Maybe she's actually been working on her lutz. That doesn't look that horrible(from this far), and in the competition it was just barely a !. That's pretty much in line with how several other ladies do it, changing to flat edge right at the very last second which sometimes isn't called.
Of course, she used to have it not getting called despite being obviously e so it shouldn't really affect her scores but it will help with her credibility if she can get it to a pretty good shape.
She really should... think about her axel, though. The technique's poor and the speed's slow. It'd be a shame to ruin a victory due to unnecessarily falling on it in the future.
What? The axel?? It could hardly be much better, only if it were a bit higher. Don't make too much of a fuss about a single mistake. And have you actually seen her 2A from the spread eagle - please do, you won't doubt her technique.
