We have absolutely nothing to comment on the networks of Diana / Eteri, for my part, I'm not interested in them. My support is with Evgenia 100%, since she has proven to be honest and decent, unlike her ex-trainer. She could have obtained those flowers and farewell, if she had expected Zhenya to land in the country, instead of having defamed her when the poor girl was not even close to defend herself.
It only remains to focus on the future and leave negativity behind. I'm happy because she has already received medical discharge !!
I know that Zhenya starts training in June, but I wonder if David and Tracy have already thought about a program.

They wanted to involve her in the creation process, didn't they? If so, they probably won't work on it before her arrival (but they could have some ideas of course)
maybe she has an idea on what music she* wants to perform to, so she send it to them and they start working on some details, you know, to advance a little, and then when she gets there, they already have an idea and it would be easier, so whether she likes it or not, they'd already had something

Moving on to the future...I wonder which Grand Prix events zhenya will get this next season. How do they choose? Does the skater/ coach have any say? Is it their country’s choice? Or is it the figure skating head honchos?

It may be true, for all we know. It wouldn't be surprising that she'd be affected by the departure of someone she worked with for 11 years (without mentioning that Zhenya was a child at that time so Eteri saw he grew up).
But it wouldn't be anyone's fault, Zhenya did what she needed to do and after such a long time it is a logical decision.
So it may be true, and that would be sad, but.. it's life
Thats what I've been saying about Zhenya leaving Eteri. This is sports this is life. Its okay. Its sad it was a painfull breakup but that could not be avoided.

First, the Fed's will make host picks (e.g. Skate Canada will choose Kaetlyn), then the host feds will draw for the order and pick the seeded skaters. Worlds results determines seeding and each GP needs a skater from the 1-3 seeding group and on from the 4-6 seeding group. So this year Kaetlyn, Wakaba and Satoko aren't supposed to be at the same events, and Carolina, Alina and Bradie aren't supposed to be at the same events. It's not official I think, but typically they like to respect the World Champions preferences, unless it conflicts with a host pick.
Skaters don't have a ton of say, other than the WC, but they can tell the Fed their preferences and their Fed can try to make it happen. Like last season Adam Rippon and Satoko Miyahara had later GP events because they were recovering from injuries.
As for Evgenia, Skate Canada is almost certainly out because SC won't want Kaetlyn to go against her there. If Alina does CoR, then I don't think Zhenya will be there either. They wouldn't want them to go against each other before the GPF. If we go with Alina at CoR, there's a good chance of NHK, since they usually like to take top skaters there.

If Alina also does CoC, then either SA or IdF for Zhenya.

Even if she does not want, the sponsors will force her , I am sure , she is not "independent athlete"

Somewhere between the end of May and the end of June. The dates when GP assignments are given out vary. Last season they came early because of the Olympics but mostly they appear to be made public during June.
