He4 fans will always love her. But yes we new that it was risky to do a new programm as soon as the rumors surfaced. She had 4 weeks for a new choreo, new music, on top of everything else. It was a win or loose situation with both her old and new programm. And all those changes. She isn't used to changing her programm, layout every damm competition. That is in my eyes the fault of her team at the moment. They change too much too fast . Stick with one layout or 2 but not change it constantly. How can she get the feel for a programm if she has to adjust to changes every competition?Russians still love her, that makes me feel comfort[emoji17][emoji17][emoji17]
What happened with Jenya?? Psychological problems in compete's stress? In practice she really perfect!:hslap:
Idk if anyone caught it but here’s TAT and Yagudin talking to Evgenia at the kiss and cry. Pep talk maybe? https://twitter.com/yuterok/status/1076108016829775872?s=21
Someone who hasn't been beaten in more than 2 years isn't used to loosing. Yes she had haters even than but she was winning so she wasn't questioning herself if she is good enough of not. But when you begin to loose after such a long time of only winning, than you automatically start to question yourself, , than take the hate, she gets to that and you start to question yourself even more, of you are really good enough, or not, if it is your fault or not. Add to that her foot and back injury plus all the other changes and you have what we see at this moment. Any normal person would crack under such pressure. It is normal cause it is a human thing. She fears to lose you can see in it her eyes
She was always fearless before, so sure of herself
I hope she can do what Mao Asada and Nathan Chen did from comparable SP positions and end things on a better note. There can be a certain freedom in skating in such a position, as Nathan acknowledged.Tonight is going to be a loong night for her. I just hope she somehow would be able to let go...And to skate just for herself. But...

But it’s not surprising, sadly, that somebody who knew nothing but success for so long is struggling so much now. Invinciblility is self-reinforcing, mentally, but when that’s ruptured the results are often not pretty. That’s something I’m sure she can adapt to — there’s no special trick to it beyond time.
Yes, I hope so too, but I'm afraid that she will repeat Konstantinova's performance from Worlds. Of course, I won't stop loving her and won't ever lose my.faith in her, but it would be really detrimental for her mental state. I'm just waiting for a new season to start.I hope she can do what Mao Asada and Nathan Chen did from comparable SP positions and end things on a better note.
