Here‘s Zhenya in Japanese TV. She was practicing 3F(Rippon)-3T(Rippon)! Looks beautiful, I hope she‘ll include them sometime next year.

Yes that's what I am asking myself, when will she have time to train the new programms and generally train with so many shows going on

Well the shows end the middle of May. So unless she has more shows after that, it is a solid month earlier than last year. Hopefully she keeps Tosca.

The last show on Canada tour is May 16 so from then until August I assume. Aren't there other shows in July though too? By then she may have her programs done and can practice them in the show.

I hope she includes a variety of jumps in her programs because I think practicing them under "pressure" (show is not as much but still some) could be helpful.
 
Just looked at the comments under Zhenya's latest instagram photo and she answered one of the hateful ones accusing her of backstabbing and ungratefulness etc (judging by its content, prompted by that certain someone's other instagram post from yesterday). Zhenya wrote: "I hope [writing] this made you feel better and a little bit happier <3 If not, post again, I'll be waiting".
As always, I hope she won't spend too much energy on h*ters, but I do enjoy occasional sass from her towards these people :laugh:

And it's great to see how many athletes and other personalities congratulated her on her medal.

I wondered about the Russian reaction to her post & whether she received more positive or negative feedback. She shouldn’t allow these negative people to keep her off social media, since she clearly likes sharing little glimpses of her life.

It's overwhelmingly positive, so no worries. Sadly, she always gets those few "special" negative comments, but under this post there really aren't many.

Sometimes the phrase "celebrity's celebrity" is used to describe super famous people who even feel famous to other famous people. Zhenya is like "Athlete's celebrity" or "athlete's athlete." She is a figure skater at heart, but she's also a super star :)

I hope that injury isnt bothering her too much & that she gets some time to rehab it before training starts for 2019-2020. I also hope Zhenya gets to sit on a sunny beach with warm ocean breezes & non-alcoholic fruity drinks with umbrellas.

If you look closely, when she took center ice as she was about to begin her FS, she rotated her right leg pretty purposefully before the music started. I hope she’s already had it checked; great decision not to jump during the gala.
