The interview is in Russian, well, she is answering her fans' questions. At 4.00 Zhenya is portraying her coaches reaction to her 3A with a harness. Highly recommend.

I'm really worried. I think Jagudin had to retire because of a hip injury.
Hip injuries and thigh injures are completely different ball games. I am surprised hip and thigh are being used interchangeably in interviews but I guess it is a translation issue.
All I see, is that she had tape on her thigh at Worlds. On her quadricep. This may be related to her injury.
Zhenya will be okayI trust we’ll be looking back on this thread in a matter of months when she lands her first quad and thinking “what were we worried about?!”
She will be working with great physiotherapists.

It would be good to know what kind of injury she has. Nevertheless I'm still worried. I don't think she'll be able to learn quads soon.

Zhenya‘s interview with Nike, fully translated if anyone‘s interested. Lots of interesting things in there.
She makes it sound like she won’t be training for awhile and did I understand correctly she can’t really go to the gym?
