I was under the impression that skating last is advantageous? After all, the best SP skaters tend to skate last in the FS? And I think Zhenya said somewhere she prefers going last, like she almost did at Rostelecom.

There are pros and cons. The clear con is that if you skate last, you have to wait the longest and it can really affect your nerves. Last year she also skated last in the SP and it very clearly wrecked her. I was hoping she won't have to do it again, but let's pray that it'll be fine.

Happy holidays guys! For Christmas this year I want clean Zhenya programs at Nationals please! 
She was looking lovely at the draw! Always so classy, I was obsessed with her pink outfit last year too.
I'm guessing the one of her laughing is at Dima breaking his Christmas bobble, omg that boy is a hot mess. Gotta love him.
