I'm not sure how much they cost, but I'm sure Yuna's were on the more expensive end. I recall seeing a video from her ice show (?) where they interviewed her designer... he came across as a knowledgable clothing professional (as in, not someone who only dealt in fs outfits), but perhaps that was just my own imagination ;)
The one you refers is Lie Sang Bong, he is one of the most famous Korean designer in the world. He designed Homage dress and full set costumes for Festa On Ice.

Yes they are on Vogue, lol

Lol, I'm sorry, but that costume is so ugly. I prefer this one (http://i.imgur.com/jpGF3jk.jpg). I don't know if by the same designer, but the skirt material/pattern looks similar to the one she's wearing in your post, so maybe it is?

This, and her "Winter into Spring" ice blue and white flowing dress. USFS Hall of Famer!

Have to add: Alissa was always a class act when it came to costumes. She's my #1 in "my book" for skating dresses.

She always looked stunning:cheer:

So many lovely costumes listed.
Should the thread also include the designer of the costumes (when known)?
Just sayin that the costume designers get soooo little recognition

I would like to thank Yulia's mom for designing/making her Schindler's List dress.

Great idea. A lot of the time it's hard to find the designer to give credit to them though...

Ah yes how could I forget about SL  Reasons I love it- for once the gloves work(imo), the collar works, it's a coat-dress which I adore, and the detail on it :drama:

I agree on this most of the time the designers are left unknown. When the designers deserve the same recognition as the choreographers.

Notice she doesn't have tights over boots, which I think adds to the elegance of the dress.

So true. I've always hated the tights over the boots look, and I was so happy when she stopped doing that. And no the tights over boots doesn't make someone's legs look longer.

I wholeheartedly agree, I never understood tights over boots. I don't think it makes for a longer line, it looks awkward and clunky. It is ghastly looking, just make it go away, please.
