I don't see how you can "get lucky" with a dance? Can you explain your point because I don't get it.
I agree with your last post cocotaffy. I will just add that P/C's main contenders at Euros, aka C/L are so much weaker in term of tech. Just look at her edges.
You still misunderstand. robredo40 didn't correct what you feel. She/he just saw that you had obviously meant P/C, no W/P in that sentence. Go back and reread your own post. You said "W/P got lucky with their FD last year". Did you really mean W/P? I doubt that, as you later wrote "P/C got really lucky with their FD that year".
Robledo is indeed right and I apologize. I did want to say P/C got lucky with their FD last year. Thank you for noting it ....
and P/C no smiling. I adore their SD really, because it is so different in comparaison to the others.
their SD is sad (never thought than a waltz could be sad). Look the others with their big smileand P/C no smiling.
When the SD is finished, i only think no already ! I don't notice how time flies. It's really beautiful.

OK a little eye candy for us all

Guillaume, really are you trying to bribe the judges before the Europeans ?
Let's see if they're receptive.

How many skaters we have, each of them has its own way to interpret things and Papadakis and Cizeron have a rare ability to interpret things in so many ways, sad that some ppl cannot see this. When I see them, time is flying too quick, but airy magic they could create is timeless.
Gabriella and Guillaume are on the way to Bratislava. I understand they will arrive in Slovakia today according to last post from Guillaume

Of course, French Nationals were not a big challenge for them and given they skipped all Grand Prix (for very good reasons obviously), I can imagine they were quite frustrated since the season began. EC is their first real challenge and I can understand they are relief to finally compete there against the other top European couples.

I'm quite nervous actually. C/L's programs have scored well all season long and deep down, I'm worried P/C might pay a bit for their meteoric rise last year. At the same time, the judges would simply contradict themselves by going harsh on them, provided they skate well of course. I hope their sudden success don't turn on them. I guess I'm just a pessimist. But I love this pair so much, I truly think they're unique and bringing such a new modern take on ice dancing![]()
Now, Marie-France Dubreuil said in Bordeaux that their connection and commitment to each other is stronger than ever and I must say that I had exactly this feeling while watching their programs at the french Nationals (even the video was awful!).
