I've found their exhibition programs to be oddly tame as well. I'm not a fan of figure skating exhibition programs in general. Not since Michelle Kwan's FoG has an Ex program truly grabbed my attention. (Maybe Fernandez's Danny Boy was an exception.)

Gabby and Guillaume's EX programs, to me, tend to feel like an unfinished thought, especially compared to their competition programs. It's like they never go full out in any direction and end up saying nothing in particular.

I'm definitely hoping someone puts up a fancam on YouTube. It looks great.

Speaking of great, Gabi and Guillaume have been announced as part of the cast of Yuna Kim's 'All That Skate' in Seoul on May 20-22! http://sports.naver.com/general/news/read.nhn?oid=447&aid=0000133582 (the news article is in Korean, you'll need to translate or let your browser attempt it). I made the mistake of looking into the FD WC thread and oh boy... it does take a toll after a while. Seems this is the place I'm only going to get info now, a shame since I like plenty other teams too.

And yeah ditto about the exhibition programs, never enjoyed any so I'm glad they're polishing that.
 
Last week, Guillaume was interviewed by sport newspaper l'Equipe. It's about what he watches on TV, not skating. Here is the translation:

- How long do you spend watching TV ?
GC : I don't have a TV ! Does Netflix count ? It depends, some days I don't watch anything at all. Sometimes I watch it for 3 hours. Let's say I spend an average of 1 hour [watching]. I got a subscription to Netflix when we came to Canada in 2014 because I found myself without a TV.

- Your best memory on a TV set ?

They grew up together in Clermont-Ferrand. Friends before they were even partnered on the ice, Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron know each other "by heart and since forever" (Gabby says with a smile). "He was even invited to my 8th birthday!"
