Love them, but that exhibition number was really unmemorable at GPF.

I like Polina okay, but she's still a real junior skater when it comes to choreography and presentation. I did not like her musical hodge-podge exhibition number...every time one bit of music ended I thought "Please let this be over!...and then ANOTHER bit of music would begin! :no:

As I'd said elsewhere it was one of my favorite moments -- the two young ones holding the flag, excited to represent Team USA!

(Duh, I had forgotten that I already had seen the photo of Jason and Polina at the banquet. When I saw it before, it made me smile because Jason looks rather spiffy in his suit.)

Wish that Lipinksi et al. had given both sides of the Shibutani story: that Alex relies on Maia just as much as the other way around. Alex often gives Maia credit for her maturity and unwavering support for him.

At the time of Max's gala skate, I was pleased that Maddie Aaron and Max Settlage got a mention (by Gannon, IIRC) for winning the junior pairs gold in Boston.​

Any idea when IN will finally have the gala up on their website? NBC has already shown it on TV so there is no reason to not put it up now.

On TV, they did not.

In reality, I would hope they followed same format as usual and showed at least the Junior and Novice champions.
