Gracie continued to work hard today at Center Ice of DuPage. She worked with Alex for about a half hour on jumps. She worked on both of her programs. Come on Gracie! You can do it! The clarity of these pictures isn't too good. Very hard to catch her because she moves so fast.

How sweet is this young lady?! With as busy as she is and all the pressure she has, she still finds time to sign autographs and talk to people. She was SO nice!

You know, the thing is with this girl...on any given day she can be the best in the world. As a fan, it's been frustrating waiting for her to realize that potential. Her problems have nothing to do with any jumping coach...it's her. It's all in her head. This was soul crushing, tbh. How can she say such things about herself? I hope she gets or already has a good sports psychologist, and crushes it at nationals.

She has a sports psychologist, she stated that she was seeing one sometime around Golden Spin.

I'm surprised all top level athletes don't always have a sports psychologist on hand and not just when things go south. Being an elite athlete is mentally and physically taxing, and the least you can do is have a therapist/psychologist to talk to.

She's mentioned a sport psychologist several times in the past. She's been working with one for a while. She knows her issues.

Good luck to Gracie at the upcoming US Nats! I just wish that she will have two good enough skates which Gracie can say 'okay, I did my best' thus she herself feels satisfied. That's very important, regardless of how tech panel/judges are to score or place her. :yes:
