I’m counting on it. But no one knows for sure yet. Skate Milwaukee allowed them, the comp in LA did not. Oh and Skate Wilmington didn’t either.

No matter what Gracie does in the SP today, she still has an incredible 3Lz - 3T combo
She is still capable to be on top, all though I know she still needs to put it out there when it matters.I´m trying not to be too optimistic for the SP today, if she lands a clean 3+3 I would be really happy. But I think the most important thing is that she has a good skate, and lands all her jump (instead of pops).

I cheered a ton, but no for the short
. The long I was very happy with.She skated the best I’ve seen her since her comeback. 2 person standing ovation. But apparently she didn’t wait for her scores. Guess she is still not satisfied.

Well I had all day to think about what I was going to say when I gave her her roses (I was a babbling almost crying incoherent mess when I gave them to her at Nationals). I wanted to say something about her being brave, which she denies - she says soldiers are brave (which they are, but there’s more than one way to be brave). Then it occurred to me how people say that to me when I swim and I HATE it. I’m a fat person swimming. If people don’t like it they can look elsewhere but for the love of God don’t call me brave. So I settled on “you make me happy every time you skate.” I hope that was the right thing or at least a good thing.

Couldn´t agree more. I felt there was another expression in her face, I felt she was really concentrated and into the program, I didn´t see fear in her face. Not only that, but I didn´t feel nervous about her skating for a very long time, I was enjoying every bit because I felt she was having a good time. I don´t know if the hair and the gold dress contributed, but it just felt right! See really seemed more relaxed, I think it´s a big step in the right direction. The pops in the end of the program didn´t bug me that much as before.
Just rewatched the clips from her FS today again, and I still feel the same. It´s so nice watching. I love that program for her! It´s beautiful.
I didn´t see the kiss and cry, but I heard she left too. Hope it didn´t mean she was very unhappy. The stream also froze the second her program was done, so I couldn´t see the first expression when she was done, but I think I read somewhere you saying she looked happy right after the program?
I really hope she did.
So, do you know when Gracie will be competing next time? I hope she will go to the US Championships this year too. But that is still months ahead. Does she need to the rounds with regionals and all to go there this season?

Watching, I couldn't help but wonder if the location was on her mind (maybe in both a good way and a bad way). She won her first national title in Boston. Her picture was literally on the zamboni at this event. I imagine that she'd at least be thinking about it and I hope it was in a good way.
Agree on her skating the best I've seen since the comeback. As soon as she finished the free, I turned to my mum and said the same thing. I'm really glad I got to see her skate and that she did so well when I did.

I do not know. I hope so. Unfortunately there is some long and complicated mess of qualifying for Nationals this year that may well leave one or more of my faves out. Regionals and Sectionais are not happening
