Change in judging panel. Same Ref and Tech Panel, but no Canadian judge. Judging Panel for FD - Kato JPN), Stahnke (GER), Heidler (AUT), Misurec(CZE), Alpern (ISR), Hurth (FRA), Laur (EST), Rogers (USA) Medvedeva (RUS).
