Must be so disappointing for her this season with injuries and cancellations. She's so young but has been in the grinder for the last 3 years so a full recovery for her is key to her future in the sport. I'm just so sad that we might not get to see her and her gorgeous programs and costumes again this year. Maybe she could use them again next year?

Yuma has recovered extremely well from his stress fractures. I’m very hopeful she’ll be back stronger than everI read that it's a stress fracture of the foot.

I quite understand the impulse but hopefully she is disciplined enough, and has her coach and family to guide her to heal well before going back.

I love Isabeau and just want her to be happy 
. Isabeau is my favorite woman skater and one of my favorite skaters overall. She shines for the sheer beauty of her skating. There are many, many skaters who perform in the classical or balletic style, but to me Isabeau easily stands out from the rest, with her stunning grace and refined movement. I like lots of skaters and a variety of skating styles, but I especially love skaters who exemplify the full potential of the balletic style as I feel this is rare. Isabeau’s skating enchants me!

I heard that Isabeau is petitioning for a place on the world team. I think they should give it to her. I know the decision isn’t going to be easy this year with a stronger field, but no other American woman apart from Amber has a record from the past few seasons to rival Isabeau’s. There are some skaters who would make pretty good alternates if Isabeau decided she wasn’t ready when the time came. Isabeau could also do 4Cs to test whether she was competition ready, but that gives less time for recovery so I don’t know if it’s a good idea or not.

Now Isabeau is getting a chance at the world team. I think she should enter in at least one competition before WC, when she feels ready for competition.

Now Isabeau has been asked to compete at the Olympic test event, Road to 26. It’s not far away!
