Apologies for my lateness, I had work and skating.
I assure you all I spared no effort in analysing this video, I even hooked my laptop to my TV so I could see it on a bigger screen!
Now, the verdict:
4T-3T
I managed to pause it on the landing. No hook that I could see. No shortness. As far as I could see, folks, that was around. And beeeeee-yoo-tiful.

I think I was fooled by how exceedingly low he brings the free leg. I mean it's less than a millimetre off the ice, making it look like it could have been 2-foot. But I trust your expertise, Karne
He is a cat.
ETA: And it is so beautiful. And fast! I'm normally good at seeing whether a jump is a double or triple or a quad, but here I actually counted the revolutions out loud a couple of times before I could be sure.

Oh gracious.: I do hope no-one is taking my word as gospel! I am not really a judge, you know.
I think as a skater yourself, you're already way more qualified than I am to judge these things.
Half the time people are shouting "UR" I don't see any problem anyway, and to offset any potential bias I tend to err on the side of caution when I look at my favourites - meaning if someone (other than someone with an obvious axe to grind) says that my fave's jump is underrotated, I tend to believe them because I worry that my bias is maybe not letting me "see the truth", so to speak

That's gorgeous! I confess when I looked at it last night I didn't get what I was seeing and just thought, well that's nice but we see his combo all the time. Silly me.

It looks like a very dark grey? Anyway, it will show up much better on "proper" TV cameras with better lighting - the Ondrej Nepela livestream (for which I am grateful, naturally) was quite dark. Hopefully they won't take that as the standard and adjust his costume accordingly - I hope they just let it be as is.

Yes, we spent a lot of time noting that Jason is crazy to decide to go to an international competition the week after Skate America, but I suppose since his next GP isn't for five weeks, it was a good way to get more competition in.

According to this, not only will he have a rematch with Kolyada but he will face Artur Dmitriev, whose quad axel attemp TSL just posted. So not without challenge.

IMO, I think he has more to worry about from Kolyada than Dmitriev. Otherwise it's just Jordan M (distinction required because Jordan D will also be at this event).
I really can't wait for Skate America now. Holy toledo, this is going to be great.

Yes I agree about Kolyada.
For Skate America, I can't see him putting in a combo yet, can you? But it would be great if he could at least get to < on the 4T and execute the 3As as beautifully as we know he can.
ETA Field at SA is really tough. Max. Shoma. Denis. And whom am I forgetting? Eep. Mura. Han Yan. And there's more. It's a really tough field.

Jason's process is sometimes odd. His three axel got better with a tougher entrance!

That actually does not seem that odd to me. Rather than thinking about how to land the jump or worrying about falling, your mind is thinking about setting up for the next jump... and you have to land the first one to enter the combo. I could see some skaters having an easier time not psyching themselves out with a combo as it gives them something else to focus on rather than so much pressure on landing the jump. It could be a way to trick your brain so to speak - you dread/worry too much, your mind has a way to make it happen. I could see how focusing on setting up for the next jump could be a way to avoid focusing on self-doubt.
on a totally unrelated note... i just loved the little intro side step Jason does in his SP so much I had to gif it.
