Yes! And some of those pictures are very similar to the ones from 3 years ago. But I guess that make sense since the sites are the same.
Jason is an expert at vaguebooking. I fully expect that when he says he's going to be somewhere, he's already been there for two days.

That occurred to me as well. He may be back in Canada by now.

I wonder if Emily hasn't been to Italy before and that's why they are doing all the touristy things. If so, good for them! It looks like they are having a blast.
I think the tourism board of any country Jason visits should give him a discount for all the great photos / free publicity he gives them.

I’m afraid that driving an hour to see Jason teach skating, when I can barely stand on skates:hopelessness: no.
In my actual backyard (Steel Ice, Kelly Rippon once mentioned on Twitter she remembered driving Adam there. Alas, no Jason) I would have sauntered on over

For me, one of the coolest things about Jason is that he works hard but also knows how to play hard -- as in relax and travel with friends and family. He seems to know that delicate balancing act of taking time to recharge his batteries. I imagine a lot of us could learn a valuable lesson from him -- me included! <3

Well. It’s nice to get an interview. But. Honestly? It seems like he’s being asked the same questions over and over and giving the same answers. There was exactly one new piece of information in that article and the interviewer didn’t follow up on it: “I might not keep my boots.” Why not ask why he made the change in the first place? Why not ask how it felt to have people so bowled over by his short program and why he struggled so much with the FS and what he learned? Why not ask about China?

I'm with you! I find most interviews cover the same material over and over again. There are a few interviewers who try to get into new territory, but only a very few! With Jason it's usually A. Quad, B. TCC and C. Zhenya these days. I was very interested in that boot remark. He did mention earlier that he was having trouble adjusting to the new boots. But I find that sports interviewers just hand canned questions to athletes, and they give canned answers. A skillful interviewer can get much more! At least they didn't bring up the quad this time. Everyone knows that he's working on it and trying to fix it. There is nothing more to say about it. But boots, China, new programs, those are interesting topics!

Agreed that, no matter how much Jason loves TCC, general "how do you like Toronto" questions have been asked and answered. And answered. And answered.
Wondering why he even tried the new boots would be cool, but I also think Jason has gotten very very smart. He has prepared answers for almost everything (quads, TCC, programs) even if he is so personable that they don't necessarily sound canned. I'm not sure we would have gotten a real answer
And I don't think he's going to say, boy I'm never letting them talk me into 60s folk-tinged guitar music again. Although that would be fun to hear

To state the obvious, if he just wants to give canned answers, he should stop giving interviews. What was so nice about his recent Instagram posts was that short as they were, they were in some way genuine.
