Junhwan Cha

Just finished watching the video. FYI, it's not the full recording as several programs are missing. But I think Jun-Hwan's parts are all included?
So weird for KBS to do that.
Usually they include all of the programs like for ATS...

The broadcast of KBS was cut off last night, before the show ended. Apparently, the broadcast was supposed to last only till the time they kept it. Everything from the middle of Jun's new exhibition (the one after Boyang's Spiderman) was cut off. So they actually uploaded everything they aired.

I can't find anything else, though Zenchio63 posted the finale in Vincent's FF.

:laugh::palmf:
This is kinda sad yet hilarious for me.
I mean, props to them for broadcasting everything they can and keeping their word but the way they did it is nagl

Anyway, I hope that B&N plans another show next year. Despite some hiccups, the show was well-run (poor Misha) and the skaters had fun. It looked well-received judging from the greater amount of audience in the 2nd day.

I was surprised as well, no finale, the show ended so sudden. I hope they might play the real full version later.

I sure hope so! At least the skaters know they have lots of fans, broadcast be darned.

I just watched Jun Hwan's new EX!! I love love love love it so much. And he's got such nice expression during the show, where has our little boy gone to?!

I love the new EX so much I keep rewatching it!!

I haven't been following Jun closely, so I wanted to ask you fans, is he one to keep an eye on? I watched the videos of the ice show in Korea and he seemed very versatile, something that to me is of utmost importance. He seems to be able to give convincing performances doesn't matter what kind of music he's skating to. I love that!
He did well in the Olympics too, considering his age and little experience. And he trains with BOrser!!! So the probability of him becoming a top male skater is very high, no?
What about quads? Which one does he have?
I'm already wishing him all the best!!! :luv17:

Kurt Browning says he thinks he sees a comparison to Hanyu.... so that's promising.

I love Junhwan. There's such personality to his skating, and his jumps are huge. He started training with Brian partly to improve his jump technique and it has showed. I hope in the coming seasons he'll get more programs that really bring out the maturity he's capable of and he can show us his depth even more.

As to which jumps he has, off the top of my head, a great Sal, and he has been working hard on the toe and the loop.... I'm bad at remembering who has which quads.

Hmmmm. If I may add my opinion, I feel like Jun has a way to go. He's still kind of sloppy in his movement, and kind of sloppy in the way he executes his jumps. He needs to start controlling his "excitement", let's say, and start being more in control. But also, he's just sixteen, and he's also still growing, so it's really fine. I'm sure he will get it together. :) He has the potential to have a lot of charisma, but he needs the guidance to focus that, IMO. And he has that!

Jun has all of the qualities of a top skater, effortless jumps, great skating skills, and, natural performance abilities, so I would definitely keep an eye on him. Once he stops growing and stabilizes all of his technical content, I can see him being on many podiums. He's a total package skater training with a top notch coach so it's only a matter of time before the stars align for this young man.
