I'm sorry as yet if you said the married man have to set boundaries just because he's a married man then Kana should do the same as well.
No. The situations are not equivalent. The guy is the married one. He is the one who made vows to someone else. He is the one who has to have responsibility *by law* towards his family. He is the one who made the commitment.

Kana is not married. She can associate with whoever she wants - as long as the person is not a minor. Is it ideal to associate with a married person? No. More often than not, that's a mistake. But the reality is, the person who's married is the cheater, not the person who's unmarried.

There is a big difference in responsibility between being married and unmarried, and although the unmarried party might have made a mistake, the brunt of the responsibility should be on the married party.

What's the point of woman's rights if they don't bear the consequences of their own actions regardless of being married or unmarried. Rights tied with responsibilities.

If two parties have committed an affair regardless one of them are married should face the consequences of their own actions.

In the end of the day that both of them should bear it and not the married man alone. If you keep justifying Kana's involvement for in order to lessen the punishment just because of the status of being an unmarried woman then she is most likely to do it again with another married man in the future.

Kana is a 31 y.o. woman, not a teenager. She was betraying the kids who trusted and was smiling at her. She was never a victim.
Don't worry, she is protected and hidden by the management and Dai who want to avoid further embarrassment.

I won't carry on with this conversation because this is getting too negative and this Fan Fest should be a safe place for those who support both Kana and Dai. Let's agree to disagree and leave it at it, please.

You're enabling her actions by focusing on the married person alone.

It's not just Kana but also same applied with all of the skaters which each and everyone of them has its own flaws, weaknesses and demons that along with their good parts of them which is the fact.

A few updates featuring Kana:

- she choreographed Yuto Kishina’s new SP (as posted in Kana’s ig stories a while ago)
- Kana choreographed for the Thai national figure skating team in June:

Thailand Keep going!
Welcome Kana Muramoto, former Japanese national figure skating athlete (Single and Ice Dance), program designer. (Choreographer) to the Thai national figure skating family.
- SkyCourt* keeps sponsoring and collaborating on pr activities not only with Dai, but with Kana too (per their ig profile: https://www.instagram.com/skycourt50/)
* Btw Rena Uezono joined the roster of figure skaters sponsored by SkyCourt – Miwa Nishida (who is now SkyCourt’s president and whose parents founded the company) was a contemporary of Rena’s coach, Mihoko Higuchi:
- Part of the Hyoen-cast (Dai, Kana, Akiko, Marie, Eliana and Takuro) was spotted together at Kai Hasegawa’s gospel-concert in Yokohama yesterday. A short fan report:
A concert featuring Kai Hasegawa from Yokohama. The power of gospel music was amazing! Daisuke, Kana, Marie, Eliana and other Hyoen-members came to watch.
As I was heading towards the exit after the concert, I saw the Hyoen-gang gathered in the lobby (pretending not to notice, of course) and I only saw her/him [not sure, if the fan is referring to Kana or Dai] for a few moments before he/she passed by, so I couldn't make out his/her expression with the deep hat on, but I was a little relieved to see him/her in the company of the Hyoen-members. The theme of the concert was ‘You'll Never Walk Alone’. The audience was encouraged to clap, stand up, wave their arms and sing along, which they did with joy. The atmosphere was full of positivity and warmth. I was glad that at this timing, he/she was able to participate in a concert with the solidly bonded Hyoen friends, with whom he/she shared the good times and the bad, and with whom he/she created a miracle, in an atmosphere where only happiness exists.

This fan spotted Akiko and Takuro among the Hyoen-gang:
Everyone who worked with Kai on #Hyoen was there, and I was excited to see them lined up at the merchandise booth!
Takuro was there too, and he stood out because he's so tall.
Also, I didn't know who the guy with the pinkish hair was, but he was awesome.
#SOULMATICS #HasegawaKai #Hyoen
#TakahashiDaisuke #SuzukiAkiko #OhnoTakuro
Akiko also briefly reported on the concert:
- As reported previously in Dai’s fan fest, Kana and Dai were invited to a preview screening of the movie “Phantom of Ranpo“ by mystery novelist Soji Shimada (the movie is based on a series of his short stories) when he attended one of the Hyoen-shows as a spectator.
From film producer Jun Akiyama’s blog feat. several pictures with Kana and Dai at the event on 26 June:
Machine translation:

From July 26th,
#Phantom of Ranpo
will be released nationwide
#DaisukeTakahashi
#KanaMuramoto
#Kanadai
The pair watched it at the preview screening!!
Thank you to the main cast MoeYuuki and the connection with SojiShimada!!
What did you think of Phantom of Ranpo?
I was a bit nervous, but "expressing without being bound by the framework of common sense", "there is no limit to the imagination of people", we talked about these themes even after the screening with Shimada-sensei.
Thank you very much for watching to the two Kanadai members who have continued to fight as artists on the world stage‼
While Soji Shimada was talking with DaisukeTakahashi a new story with a figure skater motif came to him!!
And Daisuke Takahashi has just announced that he will be making his screen debut as an actor in the movie "The City of Warehouses," set in his hometown of Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture. I'm sure he will go beyond the framework of a figure skater and become a big star!
Also, Kana Muramoto is from the same hometown as Yuriko Nakai and me! It seems like a new story has started to move within Nakai's mind. I always think that our connection is a miracle.

I'm reading that she also choreographed Kosho Oshima's new SP, which is a flamenco 🔥

Yes, he debuted it at the Figure Skating Festival in Osaka today! :) Yuto also debuted his new Kana choreographed SP at the event – the titles of the music pieces still seem to be unknown though:

Naniwa Ice Skating Rink Figure Skating Festival Quick Memo
Kishina-kun → This season's SP (choreographed by Kana-chan), encore is BAD
Star-kun [Kosho’s nickname] → This season's SP (choreographed by Kana-chan), encore is the second half of this season's FP *It seems that the plan was Moulin Rouge
Tomono-kun → This season's FP (choreographed by Lori), encore is this season's SP (choreographed by Shae-Lynn)

https://x.com/HALKANZUME/status/1817420382930190754

Star-kun's new SP is a flamenco song, or rather, a very loud song with a lot of hammering-like arrangements in the second half, and it seems that shy players might lose out to the sound in terms of expression, but it suits him well...! I'd love to see him wear a bright red costume... if he doesn't mind wearing a full body red costume!

A few more programs, which were choreographed by Kana-chan, were revealed/performed at the national junior training camp, in which Dai participated as an instructor:

  • Shunsuke Nakamura

    FS: Io Ci Saro

  • Sumika Kanazawa

FS: The Sky And The Dawn And The Sun (was already performed at BoI)

  • Sena Takahashi

    SP: This is me

  • Mayuko Oka

    SP: Fire dance

  • Riria Kono

SP: Scheherazade (was already performed at BoI)
    FS: Habanera (from Carmen)

Here is part of Sena's SP at Kinoshita Trophy (tysm to unoflips for the video!):

https://x.com/unoflips/status/1819869417397965044

There are some nice choreographic touches - I particularly like the placement of the outside spread eagle, and Sena has a really nice one, so it was a good move to emphasise that. His CSSp was also really cool - I love how he goes up on his toe in perfect timing to the music before switching to the other foot (I'm not sure, if Kana choreographed the spins though). He still needs to work a little on presentation, but he skated very well and won the junior men's competition.

I read that Yuto's SP music is "Give me love" by Ed Sheeran. I adored Joshua Farris' SP to this song, so I'm curious how Yuto's program turned out - these are big shoes to fill!

ETA: Just saw that videos of the SPs were posted in the competition thread. Thank you so much @tsuyoboogie!
  • Yuto's SP is very well choreographed and he presents it well
  • Mayuko Oka's "Fire dance" program feels very Kana-esque to me - it reminds me in places of the way Kana interpreted "Poeta" (even though the original choreo was by Marina and the solo part she skated at FOI by Stephane)

Dai-chan posted this photo of himself with Kana-chan and the Hyoen-gang in his ig stories today 🫶 🥹:

"Forever friends/My dear friends"

Yesterday SkyCourt posted a video on their youtube channel with the purpose to recruit new graduates. At the beginning, the history of the company from its foundation in 1969 to the present day is presented. Of course, the first D-Color project in 2018, the support of KanaDai from 2020 onwards, the ‘Good Design Award’ they received for the second D-Color project in 2021, the opening of the online shop, where various items designed by Kana and Dai can be purchased, as well as KanaDai's retirement announcement and the 7th SkyCourt skating lesson with Kana and Dai as instructors in 2023 are listed as milestones. The video also shows the first version of the large KanaDai banner on the outside wall and the life-size display inside the headquarters in Tokyo. SkyCourt's support of the Special Olympics is also mentioned with an excerpt from the skating lesson for disabled children in which Kana and Dai took part as instructors a couple of years ago. The video concludes with KanaDai's greetings to graduates/new recruits, recorded in the 2021-22 season and first published in 2023. The credits include images of the KanaDai bus, SkyCourt CEO/CBO Miwa Nishida, Kana and Dai posing in their flamenco costumes from ‘Hyoen - Luxe’ and of Kana's presentation of the latest D-Color project on "Kana's Channel".

Given how prominently Kana-chan and Dai-chan are featured in the video, I think SkyCourt is sending a clear message that they intend to continue supporting both of them ❤️:

Kana-chan choreographed a new EX for Kazuki, as per: https://nonno.hpplus.jp/series/tomono-monogatari/167168/

-Tell us about the two exhibition numbers this season.

One is Wake Child's ‘Don't Fall in Love’. The choreography is by (Muramoto) Kana-chan.
It all started when I saw Kao-chan's (Kaori Sakamoto) exhibition number ‘Poison’, which was created by Kana-chan. It was so good that I wanted to do a programme like that! I told her that I wanted to do a programme like that, and I even left it to her to choose the music.
This was my first attempt at a more mature programme. It's a cool number with a sexy feel, and it's energetic, but also expressive, and it's full of the kind of expression that I've finally become capable of .......
If I get the chance, I'd like to have Dai-chan (Daisuke Takahashi) take a look at it and give me some advice! I'd like to see Dai-chan's and Kana-chan's versions, not mine (laughs). I'm looking forward to performing it.

Kana is so prolific, can't wait to see this one!

And of course I'm looking forward to Kana-chan's and Dai-chan's self-choreographed solo programs as well as the Japanese themed group number Kana created for FOI, which will be performed by herself Mao, Shizuka and Andrew (fans, who attended today's dress rehearsal are raving about the group number especially)! 🥰 I read that Kana's solo costume is blue and that the program shows off her skating skills, but couldn't find any information on her music. Dai skates to a piano piece.

Kana's self-choreographed solo program to "Fortitude" by Haevn:

I love this program for her and the blue dress is gorgeous (it kinda looks like a blue version of the red dress she wore for her duet with Massimo Scali at Ice Explosion 2023). :love2:

Japanese warrior group number with Mao, Shizuka, Andrew, Kiki and Marie (this is my favourite group number of this year's FOI edition 😊):

I posted Dai's self-choreographed solo program to "Wake up, You're dreaming" by Justin Lopez and the two group numbers he was part of in his fan fest.

Cross-posting the KanaDai lift (performed during the finale) from Dai's fan fest:

And then there's this lovely bit from Friday's morning practice (the rehearsals / practice sessions were open to the public):

https://twitter.com/vividviolet3513/status/1829338074620510610

I was able to watch the practice, see Daisuke giving advice to Kana-chan's solo choreography😍💕 and see Stephane dancing wonderfully to other people's songs✨Arakawa-san's professional choreography was definitely Kana-chan's✨Thank you for giving me something that you don't see very often😊

https://twitter.com/yash_mina/status/1829315925360943133

After Kana-chan played her solo song (partway through?), she brushed up on it while talking to Daisuke-san who was watching from the side of the rink. By the way, Yama-san is on the side of the rink today in a tie and coat, just like a coach 😇

This is from Kana's latest ig stories and reel.

Here's the full picture (this makes me laugh at Dai's detractors, who maintain that he (still) looks like he's about to die whenever he lifts Kana  I'm glad they kept working and improving together as pro skaters and that Dai now looks comfortable even during lifts 💪):
