. She's hardworking, determined and understands what needs to be done to achieve her goal but also seems to really enjoy what she's doing. The world needs to see that merry Amelie program, but I would understand JSF decides to send Wakaba instead.
. I'm glad she's starting to expect a lot of herself and her scores -- she seemed a little disappointed with getting a 139. I'll be happy if she gets named to the olympics, but even if she doesn't I think she's made a real name for herself among the Japanese ladies. If she keeps this up, she'll be a force to be reckoned with for seasons to come. Yay Kaori!I can’t blame her for having had this reaction, this is THE Nationals that is the final trial for Olympics selection. Going last when you know you’re not guaranteed a spot yet (unlike Shoma) is quite tense. That’s why she can be very proud of herself. She didn’t realize the mistakes she made in the FS, but she still delivered like a lil champion.Ahh I'm late but a huge congratulations to Kaori for her first senior national medal! It was great to see her joy when she finished her skate. She really performed, even though she was totally not pleased with going last.
