“Last year I won the World Championship for the first time, and I’m very happy that I’m able to compete in Worlds this year as well. I want to do a performance that’s even better than last year and hope to get a good result.” “There were a lot of competitions that didn’t go well (for me) at the beginning of this season but I hope to show that I’ve gotten better through the second half of the season. “ “At the beginning of this season, everything including the jumps and spins in both my free and short programs, I had a lot of worries if I would be able to keep skating the program until the very end. But now I don’t really have such worries, and if I can skate in my own way with all I have.”
