The final season's rankings are out..Kazuki ended up 9th!! https://twitter.com/soranbushis/status/1515838543192547330/photo/1
).Rankings is for one season, standings for three? If I understand it correctly..Kazuki is 9th for the season in rankings, 13th in the standings.. Also on Twitter/Instagram...his post re: an appearance on TV re: skating..https://www.instagram.com/p/CcfHphAPNG7/Thank you! Kazuki finished the season with the 17th Season's Best (SB) score and 13th in overall World Standings (WS), in addition to being one of the seeded skaters for the next GP season due to his 6th place finish at Worlds, which means his two GP spots are guaranteed (and 4th-6th places can't clash so he won't be in the same events as Morisi).
As I wrote in the Japanese Men thread, despite finishing in 5th at Nationals, for all intents and purposes he finishes the season as Japan's 4th man, considering SB, WS, overall achievements and consistency throughout the season. This is absolutely amazing considering the depth of the Japanese Men field at the moment
I'm so excited because I think the best is yet to come for him, I think he'll really thrive in the 2022-26 quad as a mature skater![]()

Exactly! He's the 9th in the season's rankings, and 13th in overall world standings which counts the past three seasons. It's amazing considering he didn't compete internationally in the 2020-21 season because of covid restrictions.Rankings is for one season, standings for three? If I understand it correctly..Kazuki is 9th for the season in rankings, 13th in the standings.. I just read this interview, thank you! It's in Japanese but works with Google Translate, and well worth a read IMO. He confirms his super confident words at the beginning of the season were just bravadoHas this been shared? Big Kazuki interview ^ ^ https://global.canon/ja/event/skating/interview/2021_2022/tomono.html But I think most of it has already been discussed here.
@Kirara, fortunately Kazuki's first off-season hair dye isn't as bad as we feared, is it?![]()

TY so much for posting this..It was so lovely that it brought tears to my eyes..No secret how much I love Kazuki..but Mai has always been one of my "soft-spot" skaters..she has endured so much..and I am glad that she is back competing and performing..and getting the recognition that she deserves..I'm really really pleased that Kazuki and Mai received JSF's top-tier funding again at their age. Well deserved for their results this season making the most of every opportunity (sometimes as an alternate), as well as their perseverance despite being often overshadowed by the prominent or younger skaters
In celebration let me share with you a group number at SOI with Kazuki, Mai, Koshiro and Wakaba - the one Kazuki was talking about in NowVoice. I've uploaded the video with limited access since it's rather private (a friend filmed it from TV screen for me). I see his Daft Punk and Cinema Paradiso programmes have been uploaded

Yes! He released two new NowVoice episodes, I think this one you posted was with his BFF Sota Yamamoto, and another one with Sota and Sena. Here's his tweets about it:Kazuki tweeted this and put it on his Insta story.. Hopefully..someone can translate..https://voice.nowdo.net/share_post/209/WlRrNE1EQTVPVGhsWTJZNE5ESTNaUT09L2JvUzZnS1NXZ3J5RU52dXMvL3Vwdz09/
Also, just saw this pic, seems to be an official one from the suits' maker. Soooo cool!
