Guys, I'm scared... Jackie Wong predicted a podium for Kazuki, and Hirasawa-san wrote this re: the first day of practice:

On this day, Tomono displayed the sharpest execution. He landed the quadruple-triple toe loop combination multiple times, and during practice to his short programme (SP) music, he landed every jump without error.
Historically, when these two things happen (Jackie Wong predicting podium for Kazuki, and he doing too well in practice), it ends up in a major flop

I don’t believe in jinxes. Kazuki will do what he can because of his training and what he can do in that moment. I believe he’ll get on the podium.

Ahhh guys, I'm so relieved He and Hiraike-sensei have been talking a lot about how well he's been doing in practice, and how he's in good shape, but I refused to believe it due to past trauma Now let's hope he keeps this energy for the free skate

I hope not... if so, my faves have some rotten luck this season. (though 4th place sounds like a very cool result to me at this point, after Cup of China)He's injured?
