If I understand correctly, after Fantasy on Ice in Makuhari, most of the cast and also some fans were allowed to take a selfie with Yuzuru Hanyu and it's Keiji Tanaka who put them in a file (it has to be said that the kanji for Keiji, mean "detective", or "criminal" as in "criminal investigation").
