Mao was perfection. Just breathtaking.

I'm so impressed by her consistency on the 3As in these last two competitions and her bravery to keep going for them. Her other jumps were fast and light and gorgeous, as well. For the GOLD!

Great for Mao, she seemed so concentrated at the beginning, hope she skates to something less heavy next season but she deserves 1st. Sorry but she does not deserve to be behind Yuna in the free.

Tara mentions skaters not doing certain jumps - good point for me to ask: Did TPTB ever add a bonus for skater who does all jumps clean. That seems like such a DUH! obvious thing to me.

Still not totally into this program on Mao, but maybe I'm getting used to it - seemed more powerful to me today.
