Ladies SP Thoughts..

1. Michelle Kwan (USA) 5.7-5.9 GREAT!!!

2. Elena Sokolova (RUS) 5.6-5.7 It almost seems as thought they are setting her up to possibly win this championship. She has excitement, but the basics are lacking. Poor stroking, lacking speed in her program, she did not have immediate proceeding footwork into her 3Flip, I don't understand how she was able to get the split..with Michelle. I cannot see her winning fairly unless Michelle has a splat fest.

I don't think the judges were "setting" Elena up to win the title. She would be first if they were.

I really liked Sokolovas SP, IMO it was great. - Though I have to admit that Samson and Delilah was one of the music pieces I was praying for to listen to in a FS-event.

Michelle is definately a powerhouse and deserved her win, but I'd still LOVE to see her do a program that's really different.........

Michelle Kwans program was my most favorite in the short
