oh i don't know if my heart will be able to handle this. how incredibly strong he is to take part in this in the darkest time of his life. i hope it helps him to process and heal.

I think not being there could be equally if not even more difficult for him, especially in the long run. He's the only one who can decide and there is no easy choice for him, unfortunately. I just hope whatever he does in the end of the day, he feels good about it and receives full support from everyone around. Fingers crossed it all goes well., especially for him.
