Just a minor correction, if you take 94% of 6'2", you get 5'9.5" (not 5'8.5")
I think Silverlake's claim was that 6'2" is at the 94th percentile for all men, whereas the 94th percentile for all women is 5' 8.5"

Brian Boitano? In the Battle of the Brians he landed two to Orser's one and won the Olympic gold medal.
ITA! Carolina is probably the tallest female skater out there, but she's only 5'6.5", and look at how big of a impact her height is on her jumps. 

All of the other Olympic hopefuls got so much publicity these days, but our reigning World Champion and former National Champion are keeping so low-profile recently. No news, no interviews, no update, no nothing. I hope their trainings are going well. They're two of my favorite skaters, I wish them the best of luck at Nationals!
