Marshalls Article from USFS

yeah, I caught those...you can enlarge them to "MQ" by changing "lower" to "1024x768" on some of the pics.

I hope high-quality ones turn up soon though...for my collection

I hope one of these days I can make it to one of these things. Sounds like it's entertaining.

I think it interesting how we are led to believe Evan and Johnny are not very friendly off the ice. I think Evan used the term "cordial" on his web page. Yet they borrow each other's clothes.

I'm not interested in watching another exhibition of the same old spins and jumps...
Don't we see the same old spins and jumps in every figure skating event, including the World championships and Olympic games?

I have to tell you, Joesitz ... I am not a huge fan of exhibition skating either. I always went to COI, but that was mainly because of Michelle ... I would watch her doing any kind of skating. I much prefer competitions ... but that said, I really enjoyed Marshalls this time around. Maybe because it was a nice change to see the juniors included, and certainly the number with Mel/Den/Johnny.
I just enjoyed this event so much more than I expected to.

I know, nymkfan 51, but you understand that I am a snob and I see exhibitions reluctantly at competitions that I attend some times. However, I'll take your advice and watch this on TV. :)

from one of the pictures up on USFS website...who is the skater to the far left (the most visible one, the girl)?

If you're talking about the skater on the far left in a black warm-up jacket, I'd say that she looks like Kimmie.

Rachel has added two more pages of pictures from the show. Pages 4 and 5 show the skaters in their programs from the second half of the show.

Enjoy!  :)

True, true, true. Figure skating is a very limited sport. Innovations are few and far between unless you consider an additional turn in the air as being innovated.
