Discuss current/active skaters at the senior level who you feel have the best triple Axel. A poll will be set up soon!

I suggest we hold the poll for second-best 3A among current/active skaters, since there's no question who has the best.

Triple Axel is Yuzu's baby.

Best success rate. Check.
Most difficult entries and exits (back counter, Ina Bauer, twizzle, spread eagle, high kick...). Check.
Out-of-nowhere-jump. Check.
Demo-jump for all six GOE bullets. Check.
Jump from the stands. Check.
YOLO-jump after the 4:00 mark. Check.
Any kind of YOLO-combo late in the second half. Check.

My definition of 3A-titan

#Sidenote: It would be so freaking funny, if someone asked Yuzu to jump THE Axel sequence 4A-3A-2A-1A and Yuzu responded: NO. I don't like the 2A.

I'll chuck in another vote for Kolyada. His reminds me of Kulik's, and Kulik's is possibly the best of all time.

If this thread is asking for best 3A of currently active skaters, then it’s Yuzuru Hanyu, hands down. Next best is Yan Han for me. Other notable good 3A = Kolyada, Messing

Hanyu for his control and mastery on it. Able to do a variety of transitions in and out, was able to do a 3A-3A sequence.
