Miki is changing her SP music

According to Kyodo about 3 hours ago, Miki and Morozov had decided soon after 4CC to change the SP music back to Sheherazade.
The new edition of the music (CD) arrived to them yesterday.
Miki says the new version is very comfortable, and that "Samson and Delilah" did not fit her jump timings.

She also says that she won't jump quad in her LP.

Thank you very much for the info. I like Sheherazade SP as well as new SP.
And if she feels more comfortable with it,then it may be good idea.

That was a good decision no to include quad in her program. well, but if her sp score is not good, there is nothing to lose, maybe it is worth trying?

She also said that this year's version her Sheherazade is rearranged and has different nuances from last year.

Thanks for the alert, sorcerer. I wish Miki well with the new SP, and I think that Scheherazade is a good choice.

I think that they made a wise choice. The quad will only distract everybody, especilly miki herself from doing a clean program. The chances of landing it clean in competition are very small and she didn't need it last year! Now everyone will stop asking "are you gonna try the quad?" "is she?"

About the SP, I do think Sherdezade was a great program for her. She skated it very well last season and always seemed to truly enjoy it. I hope that she is confident and skates well. show everybody who they are dealing with!

I'm disappointed. Not with her going back to scheherazade, I'm excited to see the new version. I really hoped she would tackle that quad. It's a shame, really, for her to be landing absolutely magnificant quads in practice, and the videos of them are every where, but she won't be able to pull them off for ever, and if she looses them and realizes she could have been the first lady to do one in the new system but didn't, it's not the greatest feeling. I think she has the potential to win without it if mao and yu-na make mistakes, but with the quad, she's be batteling it with them fair and square, regadless how wee they skate, and that's what it should be like. Plust I was so, soooo excited about her performance at 4CC just because I knew she would attempt it. didn't work out, but at least it made for a new interesting dimension to her performance. I know alot didn't want her to go for it for health reason, but come on, a woman doing a quad is brilliant and rare and should be encouraged, and plus she's already doing them in practice, what's one more attempt in competition gonna do?

I hope she goes for it. the quality of her quads are to die for.
