Missed Seeing Jeff Skate This Weekend

Well did I miss out on a treat or what this weekend? Skate Canada was holding another practice session here in Vancouver this weekend at the Pacific Coliseum. The 2008 Worlds are to be held here in Vancouver leading the way to the 2010 Olympics. Should be pretty exciting around here in the next couple of years.

Jeff Buttle and some of the other elite skaters are here this weekend in Vancouver demonstrating their new programs. I just am too tired to get into Vancouver. It was a long horrific week at work. "Wish I was a kid again..."

2008 Worlds are in Götheberg (sp?), Sweden... 4 Continents might be in Vancouver, though. Doesn't the ISU place Europeans or 4 Continents in the location of the next Olympic Games, respectively? Europeans 2005 were in Torino, 4 Continents 2001 were in Salt Lake...
