Moscow qualifiers to Elder Age 5-8 Mar

is it a low level of competition so far or just low scores?
Pretty low scores if Sinitsyna got only 61.63 with that skate, which really was almost clean outside of a poor landing. Even in Russian nationals she'd have received 67 or so for that.

Some spins from Valieva
She has fantastic spins and flexibility but unfortunately, her jumps just get worse and worse... now she can't even rotate them at the rare times that she has no falls. The solo jump didn't look fully rotated to me either, or at the very least it was borderline.

She won younger age last season and now... It looks like she's a total non-factor.

Then again, I guess younger age was really weak last season, huh? Her points there were almost 30 points lower than Sofia Akatieva's a month ago.

Looks like they don't view Panenkova very highly considering that she lost to even Kostiuk and Tarusina despite skating clean.

She got !
That's still a clean skate for her, it's just a matter of getting called or not.

Okay, okay, just no.
Daria skates better than Kostyuk and has a more mature presentation than her and is scored lower.
I love them both, but no.

Panenkova behind Kostyuk and Tarusina is a crime.

Will Panenkova even qualify now?

Panenkova lost over 1 point to Kostyuk on the step sequence which is deserved.

And there's still the FS left...

Meh, yeah, Kostyuk's StSq is glorious. But Panenkova's isn't bad either. And Panenkova's jumps are better.
