Nathan Chen

Yeah, I saw that. I think the rumors I head about Karen being there were wrong since her programs weren't choreographed by Shae Lynn.

Has Nathan mentioned anything about his yet? I've seen some skaters posting while others haven't said anything yet. :(

Nothing.

TSL is reporting Nathan may have signed an agreement with United Airlines. With the amount of traveling he does that would be a very good thing!

ughh most of the top US skaters have revealed their music for this season and Nathan is one of the few ones who have yet to do that. Oh the suspense...

I miss that artistic side of Nathan, gosh he is so capable in both technical ability and artistry! I pray he has great programs in this upcoming season!!

In this waiting period, lets take a look back at Nathan's SP in 2014 Jr Nationals: (not impressed with his outfit though, that sleeves.. :))

How many sponsorships does Nathan have now!? Nike, Coca-Cola, United Airlines... anything missing?

^ +bridgestone

Thank you, I knew I was missing something! So Nathan has sportswear to use, a means to travel, a drink for the hot days and some wheels for his ride. Now he just needs some personal care product. Maybe for his hair.

He's a natural curly, meaning his hair has unique needs. I forget which major brands have a line for natural curly hair. But a blanket P&G sponsorship should cover it.

2017 schedule is out too! ;-D

Um, in case you didn't know - if you want to find preliminary schedules like that one... they are included in the announcement PDF's for each competition. Just go to the relevant ISU event page (eg. Skate America 2017) and click on the "announcement" link...

2017-18 GP series announcement PDF's have been out for quite some time.

The "coloured" schedule PDF's (which include full details, practice sessions etc) usually appear on the same ISU event pages, closer to the start of the competition...

:palmf: 2017, you're right. I blame the heat for that.

Also thank you. I thought the particular pdfs where the schedules came from were recent, since I only saw them recently.

Oh man, good find. I love the direction he seems to be going in already. I definitely wanted him to do something more modern, should stand out among all the warhorses. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugGN_Z1jPoM This is the song that's playing. The ending of the song in particular is fantastic, I could see him doing a great FW section to it.

Very cool. If that is the SP, and he's opening with a 3A, then that could mean he's moving his combination and solo-quad to the second half for bonus.

Daring and interesting.

He looks fantastic. Especially his 3A. It looks like he's going for a different layout. If this is his short he may be backloading his combo. We'll see.

A clip of Nathan practicing at Sun Valley. Looks like what he was working on with Shae Lynn so probably his new SP. Very nice!

Just stopping by to let you all know that the piece of music that's playing in this video is "Nemesis" by Benjamin Clementine. He's skating really well in SV and I'm loving his choreography and you can really tell it's done by Shae-Lynn as it's very sleek. Looking forward to see how this piece develops with Nathan over the course of time. (Note: No that is not my video that was posted lol, just to clarify, but I'm glad someone caught video). :)

Wow, this looks fantastic! I was getting a little nervous because everyone else seems to have announced at least one program, and no news from Nathan at all, but I like this style for him. His movements are sharp, he seems to be into the music, it's not a warhorse, and yet the music is very memorable... Can't wait to see the full thing.
