Nathan is clearly ready to put his nose to the grind stone. He's learned a lot by doing SOI. SOY, quads with sleep deprivation, new spin positions and trying out new transistions. I assume now he's going to make plans to meet up with his choreographers before he heads off to Japan again.

She was gorgeous when she competed. She still is.
I too just watched the game but unlike the ECF, I’m not at all invested in who wins the West so I can actually watch this without any nerves
