Nathan Chen

Nathan's exhibition was one of my top three of the night! Glad you guys get to see it. :)

I see he's working that Nike logo on the T Shirt. He also had a Nike jacket in the kiss/cry.

That's a nice sponsorship.

^Hopefully someone will upload the Japanese broadcast.

About the program, it was great and the closeup views allowed you to see a lot of the details that you couldn't get from the fancam. You could tell he's still not 100% comfortable with the program yet but it'll be another barnburner once he gets it down.

I want Shae to do all of his programs from now on.

I think Shae is trying to broaden Nathan's skating vocabulary, there are fresh moves from this EX, also I have a feeling that Shae is helping to improve on his weakness by incorporate some moves. To name one, lots of bent backwards move to force him to improve his hunched shoulder/look down.

Shae works magic with Nathan BOI, but I wish Nathan can work with various choreographers during his career. Scott maybe annoying but he is right that there are still so much more to learn, to come from this BOI.

There's a pretty funny comment underneath his gala vid on Youtube to the effect of Shae-lynn Bourne knows skaters better than they know themselves.... She really has done exceptional programs this year and I hope her partnership with Nathan continues. I also would be excited to see him work again with Lori and Marina, as well as possibly Jeff Buttle in the future.

In other very exciting news, I finally found Nathan cornflake boxes! I had almost given up hope, after failing to find them at Ralph's, Gelson's, and my other local grocery stores. Hit the jackpot at a City Target. Anyways, I bought 3 boxes, because I was so excited. I really don't have use for 3, lol. Since I don't like cornflakes, they will serve mostly as Olympic decor until February.

You can make a German chocolate treat called Chococrossies. Chocolate covered cornflakes with almond flakes. They are my most favorite Schoko treat. I wish we could get Nathan Chen cornflakes here in Deutschland, but alas I must wait until my trip to the states and sneak them in on my luggage.

Guys, first of all, I wanna rip Nathan's jeans off. I'm serious:biggrin:
second. ya know, it grabbed my attention once he started these couple of no biggie cross-overs https://youtu.be/uUCI0Cxtge4?t=16
Fingers crossed for HD version.

@shine use earphones may help you appreciate Nate's innate musicality better (Sorry scott).

I'm glad Nathan is 18 since otherwise that would probably not be very approprite. But I totally get your sentiment!

This program is incredible!! I love the leap he took with the rock music and it TOTALLY worked. It's so classy yet totally spunky and hot, haha.
