NO NATHAN “the boss” The BEST of US commercial during the entire Super bowl...:dev2::devil:

ICYMI, the Nathan promo just aired ... within the much-promoted "This Is Us" episode after the Super Bowl telecast.

Better than nothing, but I am bummed that the Nathan promo was not shown within the Super Bowl telecast. :sad4:

I don't understand. His promo was included in the Super Bowl but shown later? Sorry I do not live in US.

After Super Bowl is a TV drama "this is us"

I watched the TV drama for a bit in hope to see Nathan's "the boss" commercial, but I turned my TV off not long after...
Did not see Nathan.
If I didnot see Nathan's commercial, I guess lots of Super Bowl TV viewer would not see Nathan's commercial as well....

IT IS super bowl's air time worth 1 million dollar a second. not the TV drama afterwards....

His 60 sec commercial was shown during the weekly show following the Superbowl. As sheetz said above, Nathan was shown in group commercials promoting the Games in general during the Superbowl broadcast, but not the cool one we have talked about.

They showed Lindsey Vonn's and Shaun White's commercials, which looked to be 60 sec spots as well under the same "Best of U.S." Olympic promos.
My guess is that there were more paid commercials than breaks and Nathan's just didn't make the broadcast. To be fair, coming back from horrible spills and former Olympic Champions probably would draw more eyeballs, but we can still mourn! :sad4:

Apparently Nathan is not as valuable to NBC as other athletes they aired "Best of U.S." commercial during Super Bowl.

I see... I guess the reason was mainly about money. If it's 1 million USD per second...

As other have said, Nathan did appear in other ads, and appeared both first and last in the above promo so it's not like he was completely ignored. And I think at least one of the other "Best of U.S." commercials aired before and not during the actual game so he was not alone in that regard. But yeah, he was a little wuzrobbed.

And it's even more fun if you have the NYT App! Augmented reality is cool.

I think NYtimes' virtual reality Nathan's 3D image is fake. Nathan's jumping face was never like that.

Code's new commercial is cool though, indeed figure skaters can communicate with each other thru sharing the same practice ice. it is the same in terms of audience/fans' appreciate of skaters.
Some time, you don't understand your fav skaters' language at all, but their body language speaks directly to your heart.
