such a good idea! I actually looked up Yale regulations on electrical appliances that can be used to cook up cup ramen/packs of ramen :)
 
Had to wait for the best of the excitement and drama to die down before I could pop in to say an unbelievably late 'Congrats!!! 😍' to the wonderful Nathan Chen and his supporters here.

Also, dreadfully sorry - but thank you all for the likes and well wishes for me and Edmund Nathaniel. Husband and I are going to meet the little man very soon. 😊

Just a little concern: I saw the new Caravan video with the fall on the tail-end of the -3T and it looked like Nathan banged his head/face quite bad on the ice? I don't know if it's just my maternal paranoia kicking in but that fall scared me. Can someone confirm that I'm just seeing things from a tricky angle? He does seem perfectly fine afterwards and did the cutest thing ever, but still... would appreciate if someone can put me and baby at ease. 😘

It looked like his weight was mostly supported by his arms so I don't doubt he's fine. He was certainly feeling well enough to attempt another 4T right afterwards!

Congrats to Karen. Finally some good news thinking about what she has been through this season.

It is funny thinking that Nathan updated his profile with Yale “22 on this this day last year and all the confusions caused by that. Fortunately someone asked him in the Yale group chat, he clarified that he was in Japan and not aware of it was April 1st :biggrin:. As to us, thanks to Brezina’s leaking to Czech media and our Hollymolly read the Czech news, we knew it was not an April fools day joke.

Karen is part of Nathan’s skating family, so I guess the discussion is kinda related lol.
 
Yeah, it's been a year since everyone was hoping he was joking about Yale. :laugh: I guess it worked out all right for him though.
 
Cornell dining halls have really good food:). Also wondering if she will be continuing her skating career - no idea if there are rinks/coaches there, otherwise Ithaca is quite isolated.
