)This is supposed to be a light-hearted thread.Don't take it too seriously... welcome if you guys contribute your comments.
No season of figure skating is completed without...
1) Didier's ridiculous statements.
2) British commentators declaring skater X or skater Y as "The greatest of all time"
3) Discussion threads about the most beautiful/handsome skaters
4) Complains about "artistry", the scoring and placements. :noshake:
5) Blade of Passion's whining about the judging system
6) CanadianSkaterGuy's lengthy posts against his buddy BoP.
To be continue...

No season will be complete without Miss Zayak's seasonal visits to the doctor for unexplained itches that occur everything her name is mentioned.
Many posts from people who want to start figure skating at an "advanced" age (however that is defined).
Realistic posters telling them that they can certainly skate and enjoy it, but will not become world-class or land a quad.
Other posters telling the realistic posters that they are mean old grinches, crushing the dreams and sucking the life out of would-be skaters, and the best (only) way to motivate people is to say that if they just work hard enough and dream big enough and use a little pixie dust, they'll be able to land a quad and go to the Olympics.
But none of us want to crush anyone's dreams, we just want to encourage realistic goals. Those dreams are just as valuable and just as special.
