Notte Stellata | Mar 7-9, 2025

Yuzuru's "News Zero" interview on Notte Stellata, how the show came about and how it evolved was aired yesterday on Nippon TV and today uploaded on their official YouTube channel where it can be viewed with the help of subtitles/translation tool.
Enjoy!

Aware of the thrill caused by the musical video Bow and Arrow, the Notte Stellata official account tries to gather the "stray sheep" (pun intended: it's the name of an album by the same Kenshi Yonezu who sings Bow and Arrow) to watch the News Zero interview of Yuzuru Hanyu by Takahiko Fuji:

Even Waseda University, Yuzuru Hanyu's alma mater, recommends Towa 2025 Notte Stellata:

Yuzuru's 4T and 4T-Eu-3S from today's practice. According to Hochi news, he landed 4T3S, too, and dress rehearsal of the collaboration number with with Nomura-san went well and smooth!! Great news!
BTW, do you think we're going to see his newly restored 4Lz?

I'm sure that none of his Notte Stellata programs includes a 4Lz.
(By the way, Nomura Mansai leaked some information in a podcast today/yesterday : their collaboration will indeed be a mix of Kyogen and Figure Skating.)
This being said, I will wait the last day's Finale because then, if he feels fit and has no particular skating plan for the next week, he might jump a 4Lz?

The scary mascot had an omamori (charm) for Yuzuru Hanyu, and Yuzuru Hanyu is always kind to mascots, even scary ones:

The official Towa 2025 Notte Stellata account has released photos from the open practice:

Nomura Mansai, the master of traditional kyogen theatre who will appear in this year's show in a joint collaboration number with Yuzuru, has given an interview to Hochi News yesterday of Notte Stellata and his collaboration with Yuzu, published online already in two parts.

Holy everything... Yuzuru and Manai did a Kyogen style Bolero (something Mansai has performed to before)

And now a Seimei collaboration! This was not unexpected, but apparently more than anyone expected

Yes!!! I know it will not sound very credible now but I had a feeling it might be Bolero!
Wow, they are so majestic! Just gorgeous!
And Seimei, of course! Actually, two Seimeis, two different screens for each one of them,!
And the crowd going wild for them! An iconic moment, for sure!
I wonder if Shea Lynn had a chance to speak to Mansai Nomura. The choreo she created for Yuzuru - which was to become iconic - was widely inspired by his Seimei dance in the original movie!!!

A photo of the bouquet sent by Kenshi Yonezu (singer of The Medalist opening song and partner of Yuzuru Hanyu in the musical video released two days ago) was posted in Yuzuru Hanyu's Fan Fest, here's another photo, I think (but I'm not sure) that the other bouquet on the photo is the one sent by... Abbot Ryojun Shonuma!

The florists had to bear the harsh weather of Rifu today, with strong wind and snow:

This early news TV reports shows a bit of rehearsals, and a good deal of the market; we can see the usual street food (with grilled beef tongue, a Sendai specialty), and this year the sellers from the Wajima Morning Market, whom Yuzuru Hanyu met in last June as their market place had become unavailable after the Noto earthquake and the next day fire: smoked fish, Wajima lacquerware (bowls and chopsticks)...
