Florent Amodio - I love his skating. He has a very ballet-like quality over the ice - but there is even more to him. He skated to Zorro (actually a bit overused) in his long and I was so impressed by his step sequences and his musicality. It was amazing how he could switch between slow-graceful to quick-powerful. I am really looking forward to him - perhaps he will manage a top three finish at French Nationals (he already had the third best long this season) and the French send him to Europeans or Worlds. But it would be probably the best for him to do another Junior season, he needs more consistency.
Ohh, I forgot a pair:
Jiaqi Li and Jiankun Xu
They are my very very favourite Chinese pair. Just love them. I don't know really why, but they have such a great chemistry and look like they have fun out there. They also quite good with the music.
Few other guys from junior worlds:
Akio Sasaki from Japan - he did one of the best footwork sequences I have seen all season, his jumps are, hmm, not so good? But the footwork - just absolutely amazing.
Nikita Mikhailov from Russia, his Junior Worlds sucked, but I enjoyed the overall quality of his skating, the classical Russian style. Not so sure though that we will see him again or at least not very often, 13th at Senior Nationals, 20th at Junior Worlds and will turn 19 this year already, so no other junior season for him.
And of course Artem Borodulin

- but that guy medaled.
