Roman Sadovsky

One thing I noticed from this latest Romsky video, is how amazed he was with the discipline of the Japanese athletes. In Japan, they have limited ice time and they work as hard as possible during these sessions. I hope he realizes how privileged he is over in Canada with having more ice rink time. I need him to do more run throughs, as opposed to just single jumps here and there. Work hard this off season Roman. Canada needs you.

This is great news. He will do well under Brian's coaching. Looking forward to seeing Roman in the new season
Where do you see any announcement that Roman is leaving Tracey for Brian? In the video, we see Roman working out in a dance studio. That's not the Cricket Club. Roman never says anything in the 'onward and upward' video about a coaching change. He talks about having more time in the off-season to train differently, to try new things, change layouts and strategies, etc. He doesn't mention mental fitness counseling, but hopefully he's working on that aspect too. 🤞

The video in which Roman thanks the 30 fans around the world, who collaborated on that beautiful scrapbook gift (led by a fan from the U.K.), is amazing. What a great fandom he has. They are clearly with Roman through thick and thin! Roman is so right about how special it is to receive something handmade in this era that's so tech-driven. The gift and Roman's sweet reaction reminds me of the Johnny's Angels fan club back-in-the-day. We made scrapbooks, calendars, and music tapes for Johnny Weir. The first calendar, created for 2008, was very special. It was presented to Johnny at 2008 U.S. Nationals -- a true labor of love from a group of his fans from around the world, which took innumerable hours to complete, with a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. It was a memorable experience.

We'll be seeing a Sam Chouinard and Marie-France Dubreuil choreographed short program this season! https://www.instagram.com/p/CsJnl1BOazU/
Cool! 👍 I'm sure Roman will soon be posting videos of his free program run-throughs, choreographed, as usual, by Mark Pillay.

I'm intrigued about Roman and his coaches taking advantage of a longer off-season to shake things up, and to take new approaches, such as Roman's training stint with Takeshi Honda, in Japan. I would imagine that Skate Canada is monitoring with interest, as a revived and successful Roman will definitely be needed on the Canadian men's scene going forward, especially now that Keegan has retired.

Wishing Roman much luck, calm, and self-belief! ✨🎖️

Interesting. Home GP does mean something (in terms of status among SC perhaps). But then, it's only one.
It could be a nice start into the season but without pressure to get result X at the second GP to eventually make it into the final.
Which would be really tough anyway.

I also hope he does some other competitions as well, not just "waiting" for Nationals.

Maybe Nebelhorn again? And some domestics that I can watch on dailymotion pls

He will certainly do one of the summer events... perhaps even ACI

Look like the music is settled :D not sure if I was hoping for something "more original", but hey, it might look awesome and all thoughts about that are forgotten haha

Now I wonder what the SP will be. Thinking about having a contrast etc..
