Well, what else can be expected? Satoko is currently the only lady you know will deliver. And 3 points higher than last year Nationals is big!

That's the best 3Lz-3T she's jumped all season in the SP.

Well she got 74 at GPF and this performance as well as the jumps were much better than at GPF... there is some inflation but nowhere near what's happening at other Nationals.

It was! I was like "whoa!", when I watched the program. Looking forward to seeing what she'll do in her FP.

According to this article, just before the GPF Satoko was suffering from left hip joint inflammation and felt pain even when walking.

She talked about her 3Lz-3T and said she usually rushes to jump the 3T but now she took the time to let the lutz have some running edge. I guess that's why the toe was bigger and all the way round.
