I guess we're perceiving this differently then.To me this year's SP is closer to a representation of "his style", while imo "Legends" was a successful experiment, that I would love to see more of.
I think that other skaters might be able to do something similar to Lavender, but I don't know who else can do a Legends type program and pull it off. Also am remembering TSL analyst Jonathan Beyer who said Shoma is good in this year's SP and was great with Legends. He thought he should go back to something modern. The unusual movements really set him apart. Just my humble opinion.
