The updates seems to indicate Shoma is coping well. I am glad he is in relaxed mode now.
And him going through a lot new costume introductions, the ice is his runway.
Strut it Shomajesty.
 
So good to see "Winter" again. I really loved that program. Looks good too in the new sparkly costume.
 
Pretty sure we will see Winter at WTT. Very nice performance from Shomajesty! OMG that wig! :eeking:

Yes, I think we might see it at WTT, he might have thought that mentally it’s not good for him to do StH which is a shame bc that too can be such an amazing program. But what’s best for him is best for me. I hope he brings both of his new costumes at WTT

The wig :laugh: is that Shoko’s sister?

I was just about to turn my computer off, it was late, and I saw that and thought I was hallucinating! :rofl: I think he opened up a whole new realm of possibilities / craziness after his dress-up shenaningans at The Ice last year. We may be in for a real treat this year. I love it when he lets the fun side of his personality come out like that!

I was just about to post this, thank you seabm7!

So it's official, Shoma's in the cast of All That Skate 2019, together with Nathan Chen and Javier Fernandez as the other non-Korean male skaters so far. Aside from Yuna, all the Korean skaters under ATS will be performing it seems (Eunsoo Lim, Dabin Choi, Yelim Kim, Junehyoung Lee, Soyoung Park, Haein Lee). Sui/Han, Papadakis/Cizeron and James/Cipres will also be performing.

Really happy he's part of an amazing cast! I kind of find it cool that Shoma did Mao's ice show (The Ice) and now he's invited to Yuna's ice show (All That Skate) when they're both skating in it.

Also, aside from the shows he did for Glacier in Chicago and opening an ice rink in Shenzhen with Boyang, I think this is the first time Shoma's a part of an ice show outside Japan? On the other hand, Shoma will be the first Japanese skater to skate at All That Skate. Pretty cool.

I hope he gets to try Korean BBQ XD
