Practice Notes from the afternoon/Team Event practice:
Shoma landed 22 quads including 4Lo 4S and 4F, 10 of those are 4T3Ts. Although when he was asked by the media to comment on the "masterpiece practice" he said his condition isn't there yet. I'm sure he's nervous without Stephane there by his side, I hope he can stay strong and stay focused!
No official announcement yet but he's very, very likely to do the Team Event Short Program- today's practice had Bolero as his music on but he stopped the run-through early to drill his 4T and subsequently 4T3T. And then he did what seems to be a semi-runthrough of Oboe without music but with 4F 4T3T 3A and choreo.

Yes, I believe it is Demi-san. Grateful he is there and that he has worked with Shoma like this before. Shoma basically trains himself as so many others do but he seems calm and is getting to work until Stephane can make it. I worry about Deniss but since he's up next week, there is hope that Stephane gets there in time for the men's event.I'm assuming that's Demi-san, right? Looks like his head! Quick, give Sho an ankle treatment. I saw a long list of jumps and couldn't believe that was everything that Sho jumped in practice!
That jump list is inhuman. Stopped talk of any other skater dead in its tracks.
